Vinyasa Flow: An advanced, dynamic, and energetic class recommended for strong intermediate students. Includes advanced standing postures and arm balances. Not suitable for those with limited flexibility due to injury.
Gentle Yoga: A gentler version of Hatha Yoga suitable for beginners.
Yoga for Bone Strength: Strengthen your spine, hips, wrists, and ankles. Improve your posture through safe stretches and fun exercises for balance, coordination, and injury prevention.
Anusara-Inspired Yoga: This 1-hour class focuses on the fundamental of Anusara yoga. It is rich in alignment principles, therapeutics and always has a heart oriented theme. This is truly a mind body experience. Not just an exercise class.
Pilates: A core conditioning class that results in strong, elongated, flexible muscles, increased strength and improved posture. This class is an ideal addition to all fitness programs.
Body Ball Rolling: Creates length and muscle release ball rolling on specially designed small balls. Relaxes tight muscles and overworked tendons and ligaments. No experience required. All tools provided. 15 people max.
Ease Into Exercise: A 30 to 45 min. class using exercises to improve flexibility, balance and increase muscle strength. For all populations, including medical concerns, beginners or the mature exerciser who want to maintain or improve their physical condition.
Body Sculpt: A workout using dumbbells, body bars, power tubes, BOSU and stability balls to improve muscular strength, endurance and balance. All levels

AbSolution: Variety of abdominal exercises targeting the 3 major regions utilizing equipment and varied positions. Lower back stabilization and stretching included. All levels.
Power Hour: 60 min workout targeting cardiovascular, muscular, and abdominal training finishing with a thorough stretch of the major muscle groups. The most complete routine. All levels.
Butts & Guts: Program designed to tone and strengthen the glutes, hips and abdominals along with core strengthening exercises. All levels.
Core Training: Strengthen those all important power center muscles with this 45-minute class designed to target your abdominal region, back and help improve your balance and agility.
Arm Strength: Finally, a routine focusing on the right way to strengthen and get the most out of your all-important arms. All levels.
Fit Club/Fit Club II: Not for the novice. This is a super challenging, super effective 1hr class consisting of high intensity cardio drills, plyometrics, and strength training. Increase power and dynamic flexibility. * Please speak with one of our Fitness Specialists before attending this class.
SweatShop: An up-tempo step and cardio routine. You will have fun while sweating.
Step & Dance: Interval format class alternating with cardio segments on the step and balance strengths moves utilizing the bench. All levels.
Spin : A dynamic, high intensity heart-pumping workout. Taught on a stationary bike you will climb, sprint, and train to incredible music and extraordinary instruction.
