Our Center has a team of experienced and certified fitness professionals who are responsible for orientating all members with the concepts and practices of our New Member Experience program, which is an exercise orientation program. We will show you the important elements of a wellness and fitness program including exercise, nutrition, and stress management.
How Do You Get Started?
Appointments can be made through your Wellness Program Coordinator or with one of our Fitness Specialists (in person or by telephone). We strongly urge each of our members to schedule at least one fitness appointment.

What We Need From You!
Here are a few guidelines to make your sessions as productive as possible:
1. Wear clean and comfortable workout clothes and sneakers.
2. Be on time for your appointment. Every minute counts. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will not be able to complete your session and may need to reschedule you for a later date. You can contact us at 854-6666.
3. If you require reading glasses, bring them with you. Some reading will be necessary.
4. If you have a medical condition that may require medical clearance, please bring that clearance with you. Also, any restrictions or recommendations by your physician or therapist will be useful in designing your exercise program.
