This dynamic, safe program has been designed specifically for women, by women. It has been created for women of all fitness levels and body types who are interested in weight training and improving bone density. Research has proven that proper strength training can actually strengthen bones and reduce the risk of osteoporosis.
It is the perfect opportunity to learn how to use the Fitness Center equipment and free weights properly. It is a perfect complement to any program or for the first-time resistance-training participant.
