Palisades Sports & Fitness Center now offers a Youth Fitness Program. Designed and structured specifically for youths between 11 and 16, this safe and supervised program covers the basics of muscle conditioning, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. It gives your child basic knowledge of the importance of exercise, human anatomy, and proper techniques using exercise equipment, and is a great way to help a child begin a healthy habit.
